76084 Go Mainline Roll of Honour

With the North Norfolk Railway actively seeking to run into Cromer it is hoped that this might be achieved with just TPWS. This is the case at the North Yorkshire Moors Railway where TPWS only allows them to run into Whitby. As of early June 2014 we have managed to raise sufficient funds to install TPWS on 76084. Our Go Mainline Appeal has been a fantastic success.

The list below represents a significant amount of capital investment towards our goal of mainline running. Up to item 37 is all TPWS sponsorship and item 38 onwards is for the second technology needed to run elsewhere - On Train Monitoring and Recording system (OTMR).

The Board of Directors are extremely grateful for all contribution to the project and share with shareholders and supporters alike the desire to see 76084 working again at the head of a passenger train on Network Rail metals. We will ensure that the technologies fitted will meet with current and future Network Rail requirements ensuring that 76084 will be a locomotive of choice for charter and regular mainline work.
